KARISHMA SHARMA
Immigration Paralegal

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Karishma Sharma is an Immigration Paralegal with HSD Immigration Lawyer. Ms. Sharma graduated from the prestigious University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Political Science in 2019. Her work with HSD Immigration Lawyer includes assisting with various employment- and family-based immigration matters. Ms. Sharma also works on various humanitarian immigration matters such as Asylum, VAWA, etc. and assists firm attorneys on immigration compliance matters.

Prior to working as an Immigration Paralegal, Ms. Sharma gained experience as an Intern and Legal Assistant for law firms such as Nass Roper & Levin, P.C. and Law Offices of Jay S. Sheth, LLC.  Along with her degree in Political Science, Ms. Sharma uses her academic minor in Business to enhance her work in the Immigration field in order to ensure she can help clients in the most efficient way possible.
