Today, November 19th, 2021, USCIS conducted an unprecedented third (3rd) random selection for the H-1B Cap for FY2022.
The petition filing period based on registrations selected on November 19th will begin on November 22nd, 2021, and close on February 23rd , 2022.
Employers/Individuals with selected registrations will have their myUSCIS accounts updated to include a selection notice, which includes details about when and where to file.
